The final straw, to bring in my Equinox AGAIN and after hours of having the car a factory reset was done. Nothing was said and I left without anyone providing information or offering to help reconnect everything that was wiped out. Phone, radio everything! I came home to have my daughter fix everything. No thanks Dralle, not my problem you have to continually look at this car and its issues. You keep giving it back no better thank when I dropped it off. Twice I have had to take days off of work because you couldn’t even provide a car for me to use. Remember! I made an appointment only for me to call and find out you didn’t even look at my car because you were busy! You needed to keep it for another day and didn’t bother to contact me! I had to call you!
